Strand Pet Shoreline Walk Studio sells digital planning credits used to render and download walk kit boards. All amounts are stated and handled in US dollars (USD, $).

Unused credits

Credits that have not been spent on a board render are fully refundable. Request a refund by emailing support@strandpet.shop from the address used at purchase. Once checkout is enabled, refunds return to the original payment method in USD.

Generated boards

A credit is considered used once a walk kit board has been rendered and made available for download. Because rendered boards are digital content delivered immediately, used credits are handled under digital service rules and are not automatically refundable. If a board fails to render due to a fault on our side, we will re-issue the credit.

Payment status

Payment provider pending. No payment is currently collected on this site, so no charges have been made and none can yet be refunded. This policy describes how refunds will work once checkout is enabled.
